Jan Mohr learners refused report cards due to non payment of school fees

A number of learners from Windhoek's Jan Mohr Secondary School were refused their academic reports, because they failed to allegedly pay "voluntary" contributions.
The corridors of Jan Mohr Secondary School were filled with learners and parents who went there to collect their children's academic reports.
Not everyone left with a smiling face though, especially those who failed to pay the school's stipulated voluntary contribution, which now appears to have become compulsory at the school.
