The Namibian Institute of Administration and Management (NIPAM) signed a memorandum of understanding with India's Lal Bahadur Shistri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA).
The MoU will provide the two institutions to cooperate in the areas of training and development in the public service for the next three years.
