The Sibbinda Constituency Councillor in Caprivi region dies.

The Sibbinda Constituency Councillor in Caprivi region, Felix Mukupi, has died.
The 53-year-old Mukupi died in a road accident after he lost control of the vehicle he was driving at the Linyanti-Katima Mulilo junction last night (sat).
A female passenger in the vehicle also died after the the Toyota pick-up hit a tree and overturned .
Four other occupants in the same vehicle sustained serious to minor injuries.
The group was on their way from the Sibbinda District Conference at Masokotwani, where Mukupi was elected SWAPO Party District Co-ordinator.
He was serving a second term as Sibbinda Constituency Councillor after winning the elections in 2004 and 2009, respectively.
Mukupi is survived by five sons and three daughters as well as four siblings.
