The 2012 Namibian Premier League Awards were launched in the capital today.
The colorful event--dupped the NPL/MTC Awards will be held at Windhoek's Safari Hotel on Sunday.
The ceremony is set for the Safari Hotel's Namib Hall on Sunday at six in the afternoon and will see eleven awards in total.
The awards are an initiave of the country's top-flight football league--Namibian Premiership and its main sponsor, MTC Namibia to recognize and honour inividuals and teams for outstanding achievements both on and off the field of play during the just-ended season.
The awards categories on the night will be Top Goal-Scorer of the Season, Coach of the Season, Player of the Season, Players Player of the Year League winner, Runners-up and 3rd Placed, Chairman's Award, Referee of the Season, Assistant Referee of the Season, as well as the respective winners in the First Divisions Southern and Northern Streams.
The winners will walk-away with prize money courtesy of MTC.
