The Commissioner for Refugees Nkrumah Mushelenga says according to Namibian Refugee laws, no one is allowed to resettle at the Osire refugee camp because it is a place designated to house refugees and asylum seekers.

He says this will remain so until such a time when the law is amended.

Mushelenga was reacting to reports that 15 Namibians from Okakarara, Ohangwena, Oshana and Kavango regions have allegedly invaded and settled in houses at the settlement which were previously occupied by some of the recently repatriated Angolan refugees.
