Uganda has requested Namibian to host the 8th Pan-African Movement congress next year. Uganda's Special Envoy and Justice Minister, Kahinda Otafiire informed President Hage Geingob that the movement deems Namibia as a centre for Pan African ideals in Southern Africa.
