The National Road Safety Council held a memorial service for people who perished in two different car accidents on the third of this month. The accidents, in which nine occupants burnt beyond recognition, occurred between Kalkrand and Rehoboth in Hardap region and between Otjiwarongo and Okahandja in Otjozondjupa region.
