Cement demand declines while electricity and water use increase during state of emergency

The demand for cement has declined, while lime, plaster, electricity and water sectors recorded an increase during the past three months of the state of emergency.
This is contained in the first-quarter report for 2020 released by the Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA).
