Speculation have been put to rest after Dr Panduleni Itula on Tuesday submitted his registration as an independent presidential candidate in next month's elections.
Dr Itula submitted over 17 000 signatures, 10 000 more than required by law, in support of his registration with the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN).
