Esther Muinjangue wins NUDO presidency

Esther Muinjangue was on Sunday declared NUDO's new president in Windhoek.
She scored 240 votes beating Vetaruhe Kandorozu who scored 227 votes.
NUDO'S third Elective Extraordinary National Congress also elected PK Kazongominya as vice president, Joseph Kauandenge as secretary general (SG) , Uaraa Uapingene as deputy SG, Elia Kandjii was elected as the party's national chairperson deputised by Kapukala Kuvare.
The party held its congress in May last year but party president Asser Mbai declared proceedings null and void after disputes and scuffles between the two slates.
Team NUDO of Muinjangue, and Team VK 100% of Okakarara councillor Kandorozu.
The factions took their dispute to court but reconciliation efforts eventually led to the extraordinary elective congress.
