The Namibia National Farmers Union (NNFU) is calling for a stakeholder's engagement to find a lasting solution for Foot and Mouth Disease, (FMD) particularly in the Northern Communal Area (NCA).
Jason Emvula says the perception that FMD is more prevalent in the NCA is negatively affecting the livelihoods of inhabitants and the matter should thus be treated with the urgency it deserves.
