Guests at accommodation establishments can now buy alcohol on Sundays and public holidays

One of the regulations that were amended is on the sale of alcohol. President Hage Geingob today announced that COVID-19 response measures will be extended for another 36 days starting 25 February until 31 March 2021.
Liquor may now be sold to and purchased on Sundays and public holidays by guests booked in or staying at establishments such as hotels, guesthouses, bed and breakfast facilities and casinos.
