Karibib Junior Secondary School aims higher for JSC 2018 results

At the back of a 32% Grade 10 pass rate in 2017, the Karibib Junior Secondary School has vowed to engage learners, parents and teachers and commence earlier with its holiday lessons to better the 2018 results.
In 2017, 120 learners from the school sat for the Junior Secondary Certificate (JSC) examinations. Of this figure, only 39 met the requirements of 23 points in six subjects, to advance to Grade 11, a disappointment, according to the school's principal, Helena Xoagus.
