Legendary Zimbabwean Musician Oliver 'Tuku' Mtukudzi, who performed in Namibia on numerous occasion, has died. He was 66.
He was a Zimbabwean musician, businessman, philanthropist, human rights activist and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for Southern Africa Region. Tuku was considered Zimbabwe's most renowned and internationally recognised cultural icon of all time.
Mtukudzi's record label Gallo Records confirmed the news on Wednesday afternoon but said there were no details available.
