Minister of Health urges Namibians to stop consulting traditional healers

Namibians are urged to stop consulting traditional and spiritual healers for their ailments, but to rather visit the nearest medical health services.
The Minister of Health and Social Services, Bernard Haufiku made the plea at the inauguration of the Maxuilili Clinic in the Tobias Hainyeko Constituency in Windhoek.
Haufiku says despite that the ministry ensuring access to health services to all Namibians there are still people risking their health by following spiritual and traditional healers.
