Namibia makes significant progress in ensuring inclusivity of persons with disabilities

Namibia has made significant progress in ensuring the inclusivity of persons with disabilities.
However, a large gap remains between existing policy and implementation thereof. This is particularly visible from the number of children excluded from disability mainstreaming.
These were some of the views expressed by the Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs Alexia Manombe Ncube, at the ongoing national disability forum, being held in Windhoek.
