The conservation area borders on the Kudumo game park.
The arrest was as a result of an elephant cow that was killed on Monday, at Kataba village.

They were, a 21-year-old, and a 79-year-old male, who had also been arrested for a similar offence, in 2015.
Police say two other suspects, allegedly involved in the crime, are still at large, but are known to the police.
