New anti-retroviral therapy clinic handed over at Katima Mulilo District Hospital

A new anti-retroviral therapy clinic handed over at Katima Mulilo District Hospital. The clinic is an initiative by the US Government, with funding from the American President's emergency plan for AIDS Relief through the Centres for Disease Control (CDC) which allowed the expansion of the pharmacy, patient waiting area and ablution facilities.
The full renovation was done at a cost of more than N$1 million and is expected to result in improved patient care and a better working environment for the health care providers.
