The National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW), has threatened a countrywide strike in solidarity with security guards, who the union says are still employed under deplorable and exploitative conditions.
This development comes after a security company, Rubicon, filed a court application, seeking Government declares a N$10 minimum wage per hour for securities null and void.
The federation's secretary-general Job Muniaro addressed the guards in Windhoek.
