President Hage Geingob says Namibia has not plunged into tribalism, but cautions against rising hidden tensions.
Geingob says the country emerged from a painful Apartheid past, a situation government will not allow again.
The President and his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame addressed the media at State House on Tuesday, following bilateral talks between them.
Namibia and Rwanda both emerged from not just racial segregation but tribal divisions as well.
