President Hage Geingob has proposed to divide former soldiers currently camping at the Ovaherero Traditional Authority's headquarters in Windhoek into two.
The two groups would consist of those willing to return to towns and villages, and those who do not.
The President made the proposal during a meeting with the leadership of the Ovaherero Traditional Authority at State House.
