Permanent Secretaries and Accounting Officers have been urged to identify problems that are hampering the implementation of government programmes.

The call was made by the Minister of Presidentail Affairs, Frans Kapofi at the opening of a two day retreat for Permanent Secretaries at Gobabis in the Omaheke region.
