The Roads Authority is contemplating shutting down all its operations at NaTIS centres after 15 April if the COVID-19 pandemic does not show any signs of slowing down in Namibia, says its chief executive officer, Conrad Lutombi.
Lutombi says, for now, they will only cancel new applications for learner licence applications and taxi permits until15 July to assess the situation.
