Visiting Rwandan President Paul Kagame says there is no urgency for his country joining the Southern African Development Community (SADC) any longer as the continent is working towards complete African integration.
Rwanda in 2005 applied to join SADC but withdrew the application citing overlapping roles with other regional blocs the country belongs to such as the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).
