Rwanda's Paul Kagame arrives for SADC Summit

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has arrived in Namibia as special guest at the SADC Summit for Heads of State and Government.
Namibia's International Relations and Cooperation Minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has received all arriving leaders.
Earlier Thursday afternoon Zamibian President Edgar Lungu and his Botswana counterpart, Mokgweetsi Masisi, as well as Lesotho's Prime Minister Tom Thabane touched down at the Hosea Kutako International Airport to join other leaders for the 38th SADC Summit.
