Shinzo Abe vows Japanese investment of over US$20 billion in Africa

Japan's Prime Minister says his government will do whatever it takes to advance the interest and expansion of Japanese companies in Africa. Shinzo Abe says this includes increasing investments worth over US$20 billion in Africa.
The Prime Minister opened the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), in Yokohama.
