Successful businesses are urged to engage upcoming businesses to become successful.
Okahandja Constituency Councillor Steve Biko Boys made the call during the Small Medium Enterprise Information Day at the town on Wednesday.
Boys expressed concern over SMEs finding it difficult to grow, not only at Okahandja, but countrywide.
The gathering was an opportunity to exchange ideas and experience on how the SME sector can be developed with assistance from financial institutions.
The Okahandja Small and Medium Enterprises Club - OSMEC - is a group aiming to ensure developing the SME sector at the town.
An American national in partnership with OSMEC, Jamille Shuler, said the group wants to secure the necessary resources to help SMEs develop in terms with the Harambe Prosperity Plan.
