Cross border trade between Namibia and South Africa stands at just over 50 billion dollars

President Hage Geingob and his South African counterpart, Jacob Zuma have directed various Committees under the Bi-National Commission to accelerate the implementation of strategic projects. This is in a bid to increase cross border trade, which currently stands at just over 50 billion dollars. The directive comes following the 2nd annual meeting of the Commission taking place in Pretoria, South Africa.
