TUN threatens instigating private prosecution in the case of GIPF's lost millions

TUN threatens legal action against Prosecutor General over GIPF money

The Teachers Union of Namibia (TUN) has given the Office of the Prosecutor General three months to prosecute those believed to have embezzled millions of dollars from the Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF).
The union is threatening to take the legal action if the office fails to prosecute the culprits.
