Usakos Pep robbed of N$ 74 000 worth of goods

Unknown suspects have broken into Pep Stores in Usakos and stole substantial amounts of goods.
A police report states that the break-in happened over the weekend.
Suspects broke the padlock of the gate at the back of the shop, and cut the roof sheets, to gain entrance into the shop.
Cellphones, clothing, suitcases and sweets were reported missing.
The loss reportedly includes more than 200 cellphones with an estimated value of N$74 000.
Police say the manager is still counting stock to determine the total extent of losses suffered by him.
The report indicates that the store did not use the services of a security guard and no Close Circucit Television (CCTV) cameras were installed inside or outside the shop.
No arrests have been made but police investigations are ongoing.
