VP Mbumba says psychological damage of genocide still prevalent

The psychological damage of the genocide still remains prevalent among local people in modern day Namibia, says Vice President Nangolo Mbumba.
He singled out tribalism, anger, and regionalism is a reflection of such inhumane actions.
Germany must acknowledge the crimes as a genocide and duly apologise to facilitate meaningul reconciliation between descendants of both nations.
Mbumba, warns that victims of the genocide deserve respect and ignoring the past will not make it dissappear.
