Winter time change abolished

Winter time change abolished

Namibians are reminded that there will be no time change as the winter season starts.
This follows public consultations and the subsequent amendment of the Namibian Time Act, No.3 of 1994.
The Act has been repealed and as such there will be no time change as of 11 April, as has been the norm.
The Ministry of Home Affairs requests the public to strictly adhere to the announcement.
