Woman already under investigation for corruption allegedly makes false police declaration

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) this evening announced that Esther Paulina Ndilula appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court on a corruption charge.
It is alleged that Ndilula made a false police declaration.
She presented it to NATIS to have her driving licence renewed, citing that her licence got lost, whilst knowing that her licence was confiscated and held by the ACC in an ongoing court case on allegations of corrupt practices in the manner she obtained the licence.
She was granted bail of N$20 000 and the case was postponed to 11 March 2021.
