President Geingob to attend former UN Chief Kofi Annan’s funeral

President Hage Geingob and first lady Monica Geingos left Namibia for Ghana on Wednesday to attend the state funeral of former United Nations chief Kofi Annan.
The Noble prize laureate died at the age 80 last month and his ashes will be interred tomorrow in Accra.
Annan was the first black African to take up the role of the world's top diplomat, serving from 1997 to 2006.
