Namibia, Angola discuss transboundary oil spill preparedness and response

Namibia's Ministry of Works and Transport and Angola's Recursos Minerais e Petróleos, are looking at strengthening preparedness and response in cases of an oil spill in accordance with the provisions set out in the International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation.
