-The Oshakati East by-election this Saturday hangs in the balance as it awaits a court ruling on whether to proceed or not.

More than 18 000 people are expected to vote in the Oshakati East by-election on the 24th of this month.

The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) will allocate equal free airtime to political parties contesting in the upcoming Oshakati East by-election on 24 August.

-All People's Party is taking legal action against the Electoral Commission of NAMIBIA (ECN) for not registering its candidate for the Oshakati East by-election.
