Pursuant to section 54 (1) f of the Public Procurement Act 15 of 2015, the Namibian
Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) herewith notifies you that it has taken a decision to cancel
the above-mentioned Open International Bid (OIB), that was issued on the 20 December
2023, closing date 09 February 2024.
The cancellation is premised that:
f) Moving forward with the bid at this time is financially impractical.
It is therefore, against the above that the NBC cancels this OIB referenced G/OIB/NBC-10/2023 and take this opportunity to thank your company in preparing and submitting the OIB as an
interested bidder.
